I can accommodate up to 6 services (6 hours) in a single booking on my own, and a maximum of 18 services with 2 additional artists (Note: One person receiving both hair and makeup would count as 2 services).

I don't have an official "team", but I do have a short list of artist friends that regularly agree to assist me with larger bookings. To maintain a professional level of service, I do not contract out to anyone I haven't worked with before — no crusty makeup kits or half-assed applications on my watch!

While my ability to accommodate larger bookings is dependant on artist availability, here are some potential scenarios:

4-6 Services

• 1 artist (me, duh)

• 4-6 hours to get ready

7 Services

• Requires a second artist

• To meet the booking minimum, the rate equivalent of 1 additional attendant service is added as a fee.

• 4 hours to get ready

8-12 Services

• Me + 1 additional artist

• 4-6 services each = 4-6 hours to get ready.

13-18 Services

• Me + 2 additional artists

• 4-6 services each = 4-6 hours to get ready.

At a minimum, the number of services you have booked = the number of hours needed to get everyone ready on the wedding day. For example:

6 hair = 6 hours

5 makeup = 5 hours

3 hair + 3 makeup = 6 hours

For bookings of 7 services or more where additional artists are required, you can use the calculator below to generate an estimate.

Please note: The makeup & hair timeline does not include time for you to get dressed, take photos, or make your way to the venue. I always recommend planning for the last service to end at least 1 hour before you need to be out the door, or at your photographers arrival time.

That will depend on the number of services booked and the time you need to be ready, but the earliest possible start time I am able to accommodate is 6:00am.

In addition to the time needed for makeup & hair services, you'll also want to account for the time needed to get dressed, take photos, or make your way to the venue.

I always recommend planning for the last service to end at least 1 hour before you need to be out the door, or at your photographers arrival time.

In order to produce the level of work you see in my portfolio, my service times are firm. I'll never win an award for the being the fastest artist, but quality and attention to detail are always my top priorities!

And trust me, the last thing you want on your wedding day is to rush anything. The day will go by so fast - you'll want some time to breathe and take it all in!

I would love to do your hair and makeup if you have another special event or photo session! However, all bookings May through November must still meet my booking minimum (see my services page for details).

If your booking does not meet the minimum and you are inquiring for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday during that timeframe more than 8 weeks in advance, I can add you to a waitlist if I am still available.
